RETURN POLICY

Our Return and Refund Policy was last updated January 01, 2022. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order for such reimbursement. In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that: ● The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days ● The Goods are in the original packaging ● The following Goods cannot be returned: ● The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. ● The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. ● The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. ● The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. During these challenging times, we're consistently working toward providing competitive pricing for our customers. We will periodically offer Limited-Time Sale, Extra Savings, Anniversary Sale, Daily Deals or Beauty Daily Deals promotions, which are date-and-time-bound discounts while supply lasts. Items purchased before the specific discount time periods are not eligible for price adjustments.

Request a price adjustment online for immediate consideration.

All Price Matched, Limited-Time Sale or Extra Savings items are marked on each item's product page with savings reflected in the price shown and are subject to exclusions. A Clearance or New Markdown item will not return to its regular price, the item's product page displays total savings and will not display "Price Matched," "Limited-Time Sale" or "Extra Savings" markers. Pricing Policy
We are committed to offering you great prices, and we do so in two ways. 

Price Matching
We compare prices on thousands of items and may display limited-time price matching on selected items on our website. Or, if you find an item we offer for a lower price at a selected competitor, we will meet that price at time of purchase.

Price Adjustments After Purchase
If we (or a selected competitor) mark down the price of an item you've already purchased, we will gladly adjust the sale price at your request within 45 days of your shipment date.

Our ability to price match or adjust sale prices is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The item must be identical in color and size

  • The fashion and more boutique item must be in stock at a selected competitor

  • We are unable to match order-level discounts, gift card promotions or shipping offers

  • We do not offer price matches or sale adjustments on items from outlet, flash sale, auction, club, or regional and non-U.S.-based retailers, as well as "marketplace" prices from third-party sellers

  • Price adjustments do not apply to items included in Limited-Time Sale, Extra Savings, Anniversary Sale, Daily Deals or Beauty Daily Deals promotions

  • We do not process automated price matching or price adjustment requests generated by third-party services

  • We will only make one price adjustment per item

  • Designer goods originally purchased at a sale price are excluded from price adjustments

  • If requesting a price match or price adjustment in one of our stores, you must bring a current advertisement or a functioning link to the item on the competitor's website

  • Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item

Pricing Errors
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. 

Shopping Bag
Items in your Shopping Bag reflect the current price displayed on the item's product details page. Please note: this price may differ from the price displayed when the item was first placed in your Shopping Bag.

Our merchandise is offered for sale by fashion and more boutique for your personal enjoyment and not for resale. Therefore, we reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse to sell to any person who we believe may be purchasing for resale.
